The e-learning
The e-learning package has been drawn from the content of an established classroom delivered two day Tier 1 Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Course. Whilst this is a very successful course, Kirklees DAT strives to enable access to learning to those who for a variety of reasons find it prohibitive or very difficult to attend classroom based courses. This e-learning provides an excellent opportunity but participants are encouraged to seek out classroom based training in order to build on what they learn by completing this programme.
The package contains audio video clips which require enabled speakers or use of a headset via the computer audio output socket. When viewing the video please listen carefully to the 'opinions' being expressed together and consider them in conjunction with the video discussion points.
"I found the information and interactive content on this site invaluable in assisting me during the successful completion of my NVQ Level 3, Health and Social Care Award, I would definitely recommend it to others as an excellent learning resource”
